LINK's goal is to provide rides at profitable rates, with a reasonable and fair commission.

Commission

Single percentage

No commission is applied as long as the turnover is less than €500 including tax/month.

Beyond that, a commission of 10% is applied (e.g.: €1100 including tax on turnover; €110 including tax on commission).

Being a French company, the VAT on the commission is 20%.

Immediate race

The driver undertakes to be at the pick-up location within 20 minutes maximum after the time of the customer order.

Cancelation

Cancellation of the trip is free of charge if it occurs more than one hour before the pick-up time.

Below that, a 50% fee will be applied.
